Step 1:

Click on Sign in with Twitter button to allow Twitlan to access your account









Step 2:

Enter your Twitter username and password and Click on "Allow" button









Step 3:

After that choose a language from right as shown in the screenshot,









Step 4:

A Virtual Keyboard would be displayed.If not displayed Click on Blue Icon. Click on Shift,Caps,ALT to type different characters in a Language.









Step 5:

After typing your Tweet,Click on "Update Tweets button".









Step 6:

You can see the tweet you entered under "LATEST TWEETS" and you can reply to anytweet by clicking on Reply button
